Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for all Programs, Events, Promotions, Product Sales,
• Marketing & Communications, Training, Sales KPI on MLM business operation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to CEO or VP of marketing while leading a large team, you are expected to function as an entrepreneur to develop and grow the brand's traction and awareness on MLM business.
• Responsible in conducting engaging marketing activities, while promoting brand and program excitement and equipping them with the latest product launches.
• Identify, plan & develop promotions to drive networkers at various segments by analysing business performance and metrics.
• Develop Marketing tools and Product information packages to support networkers in sales of products and branding of the company.
• Identify and develop new events to target different market segment.
• A good eye for key KOLs that are relevant to brand and MLM program identity.
• Identify and groom potential and upcoming networkers.
• Identify needs of networkers on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
• Drive communications of promotions to networkers
• Communications to various segments of networkers through, e-marketing, print, tele-conference, meetings, social media, mobile.
• Ensure quality and content of event, selection of networkers.
• Constantly speak and motivate Networkers daily.
• Monitoring marketing materials on all products, events and promotions made readily available for leaders and end users.
• Sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends.
• Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company's objectives.
• Adept at reporting operational performance and plans to key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Proven success in managing and implementing MLM business operation
• Identify, plan & develop promotions to drive networkers at various segments by analysing business performance and metrics.
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Established contacts in media
